Merseysippi jazz band's last gig after 77 years

The Merseysippi Jazz Band were formed in 1949, and while it has had a number of different members over the decades, it has always stuck to the same diet of traditional Dixieland jazz.

The original group started playing at the Cavern Club in 1956 - long before the Beatles were on the scene. Their final gig was at the Aigburth Arms, in Liverpool
