Uniting or intimidating?

Hear both sides of the debate with the men putting the flags up, and pulling them down, in Shrewsbury. They're being put up by a group called "Raise The Flags Shrewsbury Plus" and it's founder says it's a protest against the government and some of the money they collect goes to good causes.
Another group calling itself "Lower The Flags Shrewsbury" says they're intimidating, and that the reason the flags are there is to create division.
