Joe Brailsford from Kilburn beat cancer to then be told he had liver failure and two weeks to live. He luckily got a transplant but says listening to BBC Radio Derby's Derby County commentary with Ed Dawes, helped save his life and keep him going. Joe has been speaking to Ed.
