DIY SOS has come to Leicester.

Nick Knowles and the purple shirts are descending on Aylestone to change one local family's life.

If you haven't seen the show - a team are dispatched to transform the homes and lives of people across the country who need it most.

They'll be transforming the home of Isla Kilpatrick Screaton, who was born with a rare genetic bone condition.

Her mum Stacey told BBC Leicester's Ady Dayman their story.
