Fordham’s new build estate beset by snagging woes
An award-winning home builder has apologised to homeowners on a new-build estate in Cambridgeshire, who say they’ve been worn down by years of problems or snags.
People living at Bassingbourn Fields in Fordham say getting the developer Bellway to fix issues is an uphill struggle.
Bellway says it makes every effort to ensure homes are finished to an excellent standard.
