Solar turns wholesale price of energy in California negative
Last winter and early spring’s dependence on solar drove wholesale energy prices to negative prices, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration. Jeremy Leggett is a fellow in solar energy at Oxford University's environmental change Unit and chief executive of Solar Century.
