Paralympics boss on funding and classification

Paralympics boss Sir Philip Craven says the classification system for athletes in the games is a "developing science" but that athletes are competing within the rules.

Speaking to Today, the president of the International Paralympic Committee also praised those who made sure all teams were able to travel to Rio despite funding difficulties.
