Tom Conti: ‘I’ll pay £3000 to prevent deportation’
Actor Tom Conti says he will donate £3000 to the Australian family living in the Scottish Highlands who are facing deportation if the state of their bank balance is the reason they cannot stay.
The threat of deportation hanging over Kathryn and Gregg Brain was "terribly unfair", Mr Conti told the World at One.
