Is it fair to force Greggs and small cafes to install toilets?
Leeds High Court has ruled that two branches of Greggs in Hull with customer seating need to provide toilet facilities for their customers. The ruling could potentially spell trouble for small cafes who can't afford the cost of installing a toilet, but family-run coffee shop owner Helena says she wishes her local council would enforce a similar ruling in her town.
