Syrian Surgeon: "There will be no more doctors in Syria"
The US Secretary of State, John Kerry, has called on Russia to put pressure on the Syrian government to stop attacking civilians. Dozens of people were killed in Aleppo when missiles hit a hospital in a rebel area. A surgeon who works in Aleppo told The World Tonight that one of his friends, who was a paediatrician, was among the dead.
