The Hillsborough disaster as it happened
The jury at the Hillsborough inquests has concluded that the 96 Liverpool football fans were unlawfully killed in the disaster - and that errors in the planning and policing of the FA Cup semi-final contributed to their deaths. The nine jurors found that the supporters were not responsible.
The terrible events unfolded as BBC Radio 2 hosted its Saturday afternoon sports programme.
Here is an edited version of the commentary that afternoon which contains scenes and descriptions which some people may find upsetting.
