"To be or not to be" is a question actor Michael Sheen, one of the Today programme's guest editors, has spent some time considering while preparing to play Shakespeare's Hamlet.
To explore issues of existence, science, personality and psychology he brought together Cambridge neuroscientist Professor Barbara Sahakian and Jon Butterworth, professor of physics at University College London.
