Tom’s story

Tom is 11 and has a chromosomal disorder, leading to numerous trips in and out of hospital all of his life.
Tom receives support from the Children’s Hospice South West, where an Activities Co-ordinator has helped Tom communicate using the accessible IT suite at the hospice. She also organises days out and activities for children with life limiting conditions and their families.
