'Greece is overwhelmed by migrants'
The UN refugee agency says migrants flocking to the Greek islands of Kos, Lesbos and Chios are facing 'totally shameful' conditions - and rely on volunteers to give them food and water.
Vickie Hawkins, executive director of Médecins Sans Frontières UK, spoke the programme about the problems faced by the migrants and the Greek authorities.
They are coming over in rickety little boats - it's a very difficult journey, she said.
"You have to be pretty desperate."
We're used to this - Greece needs our support, Ms Hawkins told the programme.
We have faced far more difficult displacement situations before, Ms Hawkins told the programme.
"We can do better."
