Sturgeon: English Votes would make Scottish MPs ‘second-class citizens’

Scottish First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has said her SNP MPs would decide whether to vote on other English issues on a case-by-case basis.

SNP MPs are to vote against attempts to relax the ban on fox hunting in England and Wales in a vote on Wednesday, as Ms Sturgeon says her party wants to send a message to the Conservative government about the narrowness of its majority.
