Little punks

Interior views of a crested tit family nest box show six chicks have already hatched. They are still young, and haven't yet completley developed their feathers. The crested tits will stay in the nest for about the same time as blue tits and great tits - roughly 14 or 15 days. The chicks in this nest box probably have 7-10 days before they are likely to fledge.
