Lord Patten was a Conservative Cabinet minister under Margaret Thatcher and as an ardent advocate of the EU he later became a Commissioner in Brussels. He also served as Britain's last Governor of Hong Kong and is now Chancellor of Oxford University. Is Brexit Britain the stuff of his dreams or nightmares?
