In August last year, Thae Yong-ho became one of the highest-ranking officials ever to defect from North Korea. He'd been a diplomat for Pyongyang in London. Our Korea correspondent, Stephen Evans, met him several times then and sat down with him earlier this week in Seoul for a wide ranging interview.
