Dunseverick Harbour to the Giant's Causeway
Clare walks with siblings Ciara, Ewen and Rory on a stretch of the north coast of Northern Ireland from Dunseverick Harbour to the Giant's Causeway.
Ciara, Ewen and Rory are siblings who reunite once a year to walk along the north coast of Northern Ireland. Their parents moved to the coast from Belfast in the 1990s and the family grew to love the region's dramatic landscape and seascape.
While Rory and Ewen now live in Belfast, both playing in the instrumental rock band And So I Watch You From Afar, Ciara remained on the North Coast where she runs the successful local bakery, Ursa Minor. Together, the siblings took Clare on a hike from Dunseverick Harbour to the Giant’s Causeway.
Along the way, they shared stories of their childhood and current lives, all while marvelling at the extraordinary basalt rock formations that grow in number and splendour as they approach the world-famous Causeway.
