Lydia Kitto of Jungle joins in the Reminiscence as Spoony's Rewind Selector night. The singer, songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist became an official full-time member of Jungle after contributing extensively to the band's music, including co-writing every track on their acclaimed 2023 album Volcano. She had previously been a key collaborator and live performer before joining founders Josh Lloyd-Watson and Tom McFarland as part of the group's core line-up. Lydia has helped shape the band's distinctive blend of funk, soul, disco and electronic music, which has produced some of their biggest UK and international favourites, including"Busy Earnin'","Keep Moving" and "Back On 74". The band has released a string of successful albums, including the Mercury Prize-nominated debut Jungle, and their latest album, Sunshine, which was released in August. They are currently in the middle of their Sunshine World Tour and return to the UK for live dates in November.
Spoony wraps things up with a Midnight Feast track. Think big production, lush orchestration, and the best voices in the business!
