James Packham creates a bacon butty by slathering homemade milk buns with bacon butter and homemade ketchup before filling generously with crispy bacon. Sophie Wyburd combines a pie with flavours of a beef rendang curry, and Imad Alarnab shares not only his incredible story but also his brilliant recipe for authentic Syrian falafels.

Jane Baxter serves up two Italian dishes that translate to ‘killer spaghetti’ and ‘blinded husband’, while Freddy Bird serves up roasted duck with buttery fried rosemary potatoes. And Clare Balding faces either her food heaven, Middle Eastern lamb chops, or her food hell, monkfish with a tomato and anchovy dressing.
