For a live demonstration of terroir, Eva heads to Domaine Dujac, home of the current most-wanted Burgundy wine. Standing on one side of a road, owner Jeremy Seysses points to a parcel of grand cru (the very best) of Clos de la Roche. On the other side is a premier cru (the next best) - a Gevrey-Chambertin Combottes.

Back at the winery, Eva tucks into beef cheeks bathed in Domaine Dujac for a classic boeuf bourguignon lunch. Despite the grapes being grown just a few metres away, these reds are a class apart.
