Susan is impressed with Eliot’s work on the Atticus Pünd story, which has the fictional detective investigating the mysterious death of Lady Margaret Chalfont in Corfu. But she is sidetracked by his implausible conviction that his famous and publicly adored grandmother Miriam had been murdered.
