Episode 7

Episode 7 of 10

Two young Amur tigers prepare to leave home, while Ben and Kate revisit an extraordinary African wild dog conservation mission.

Kate Humble and Ben Fogle celebrate 25 years together on Animal Park, looking back at some of the animals, keepers and unforgettable moments they have shared, while new stories continue to unfold across the park.

It's a milestone moment for the park's young Amur tigers as sisters Ginger Biscuit and Seeka begin preparations to leave home. As part of the international breeding programme, they'll soon move to new collections to help secure the future of one of the world's rarest big cats. But before they can go, the keepers face the challenge of preparing them for life apart and training them to enter their transport crates for the very first time.

As part of the anniversary celebrations, Ben and Kate look back at an extraordinary conservation adventure when Longleat keepers travelled to Tanzania to help renowned conservationist Tony Fitzjohn relocate endangered African wild dogs. This remarkable story would go on to influence conservation work back at the park for years to come.
Elsewhere, Megan introduces the park's emus to an unusual new treat, while the recently arrived maned wolves begin settling into their new home as keepers learn to tell the three sisters apart.
