Episode Two: The 1990s

The second episode hears from Jeremy Norman, founder of Heaven in Charing Cross, London and former Haçienda resident DJ Kath McDermott, who discusses the Flesh club night at the venue, as well as the Manchester promoters of today.

They include Homobloc, co-founder of London-based Club Kali; DJ Ritu, who talks about this pioneering club night that has been providing a safe, celebratory space for South Asian LGBTQIA+ people for 30 years; and DJ and drag queen Jodie Harsh, who joins to discuss her prominent weekly super-party, Feel It, which now takes place in Shoreditch.
