Shy One: The musical ups and downs of my life

Shy One shares the music that has sound-tracked her life with psychotherapist and DJ Nemone, with tracks from Wiley, A Tribe Called Quest and Erykah Badu.

Shy One, the London based producer and DJ, shares the pivotal moments that have made her the artist she is today.

Talking to Nemone, who combines her roles of DJ and qualified psychotherapist, Shy One AKA Mali Larrington-Nelson talks about the important influence of a musical family, the power of pirate radio, and how the London community made her the artist she is. With tracks from Wiley, A Tribe Called Quest and Erykah Badu, and tunes from Mali’s self-titled album.

In this series Nemone also talks in depth to Bonnie "Prince" Billy, Radiohead's Ed O'Brien and Max Cooper.
