Vinyl Weekender: Celebrating albums

Stuart Maconie presents a feast of great music and chat for weekend breakfast.

As part of 6 Music's 'Vinyl Weekender', Stuart plays some of his favourite album tracks. With music from artists including Kate Bush, Keith Hudson, Beck, The Triffids and Laura Nyro.

Also on the show... long-running feature ‘The Chain’ which gives listeners the chance to pick a track that links in some way to the last. The list now contains over 8,700 songs.

There’s also 'Crisps On The Radio' and the chance to take part in ‘Tea Time Theme Time’, guessing the link between three top tunes.

With a selection of music old and new to get the weekend started.
