In a special edition, Tom Brook and the Talking Movies team look back at highlights from the world of cinema in 2022. Key highlights of the year include James Cameron on Avatar: The Way of Water, his long-awaited sequel to his celebrated 2009 Avatar picture. And reports on the year's biggest blockbuster Top Gun: Maverick, starring Tom Cruise - and the Indian epic action drama RRR which has been an unexpected hit the world over. Steven Spielberg's critically acclaimed new semi-autobiographical film The Fabelmans, widely tipped as a favourite in the forthcoming Oscars race, will also be reviewed and presenter Tom Brook will be giving his pick of the top ten films of 2022.
