Dubai by Design encounters the exciting world of design at the fifth edition of Dubai Design Week. We meet with curators, designers, students and visitors from across the globe, and visit studios, witness fabrication and installation and engage with the audience of this lively event, where design creativity meets its commercial market. The focus of the film is on the evolution of design in the Middle East and the on-going cultural exchange it has with the world and concludes with a look at the future of design, through the Global Grad Show which offers first-hand access to the next generation of graduates designing solutions for a better and more sustainable world.
