The cold Winter months see no shortage of activity at Waterperry Gardens, as the pruning must be done to leave fruiting wood for the crops, whilst schoolchildren are encouraged to take part in the planting of trees for the future.
It's also during this time when the gardens are transformed into a Winter Wonderland, akin to something out of a CS Lewis novel.
