He says he's not an international money launderer and speaks frankly about facing the charges, which carry a minimum eight-year prison sentence. He was first detained in 2007, but was released, then re-arrested this May when he returned to Torremolinos for a stag party. After two weeks in jail Murphy is currently on bail awaiting trail and must remain in Spain. He's been talking exclusively to Denise Watson.
