Pool 'not ready for Olympics'

There are concerns that an Olympic sized swimming pool planned for Bangor will not be built in time to help athletes train for the 2012 Games in London.

North Down Borough Council was given £15,000,000 in government funding two years ago and the plan was to be open next March.

However, construction work on the main building has not yet started.

Julie McCullough reports.
