Cardinal Sean Brady was responding to a devastating report by the Child Abuse Commission into the running of industrial and reform schools. The inquiry found that church leaders knew that sexual abuse was "endemic" in boys' institutions. Cardinal Brady spoke to our reporter, Chris Page.
