Templepatrick shooting

The attackers who shot Geoff Kerr in Templepatrick last night appeared at first to be takeaway delivery men.

But they were only posing to con their way into his home last night and shoot him.

In the words of the detective leading the murder inquiry it was a cold and clinical killing.

Mr Kerr's wife and one of his four sons were also in the house in the Lyle Hill area of the County Antrim village. Our reporter Natasha Sayee reported live for BBC Newsline.
