The video for Journey From A To B features shots of the roads and shops of the Beech Road area before moving into Damon’s own house for a party, but the woolly hated one isn’t the only star involved. Amongst those gathered to witness the Boy and his band play in the corner of his front room is none other than the bard of Timperley, Frank Sidebottom. Journey From A To B is out on Monday 26 February, featuring remixes from The Go! Team and Black Eyes plus a cover of The The’s This Is The Day.  | | Frank Sidebottom makes a cameo appearance |
There’ll also be a live version of Journey, recorded at his gig at Magnet's Chip Shop in Bristol on Saturday 17 February. It’s not the only chippy date he’s doing this month. Alongside playing more traditional venues in Gateshead, Edinburgh, Bristol, London and Leeds, he’ll also be playing Smiths Chip Shop in Grimsby and Toffs in London, before finishing the tour at Stockport Plaza on Friday 23 February. |
