Duncan Kenworthy

BAFTA

Interviewed byAdrian Hennigan

“I am going to come back and make movies, but if I don't for the next year, I'll consider it time well spent”

Duncan Kenworthy has been responsible for some of the most successful British movies of recent years. But then, that's probably what happens when you produce Richard Curtis' scripts - Four Weddings And A Funeral, Notting Hill, Love Actually. In July 2004 he became chairman of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA), and talks in this video interview about the importance of the awards, why their international focus is vital, and why he's happy to take a mini-break from producing.
