Series Overview
Baz leaves a farewell note with Charlie. Elizabeth's brutal management style clashes with Ewart's but their fighting leads eventually to a torrid affair.Ewart persuades the board to re-open the night shift.Duffy comes face to face with her rapist in A&E and he dies.Charlie sleeps with Karen on the rebound.Sandra's stabbed to death by a drunk patient. 
The team attend Sandra's funeral.Duffy starts seeing Peter.Mary gets meningitis.Megan and Ted's marriage is struggling. Charlie wins £5,000 and spends it on his mum.At Ewart's and Roz's divorce hearing, he's left with nothing.Peter breaks the news to Duffy he's HIV positive and leaves her. Duffy's concerned she has HIV but her test results are negative.Ewart's admitted after a mild heart attack.Peter returns but is depressed as the virus has lost him his job.There's an internal investigation after a woman dies from falling off a trolley. Megan's cleared.
