How to make Little Monster's Yummy Yoghurt Freeze

Follow this easy recipe tutorial to learn how to make a delicious frozen treat! Perfect for the summer holidays, this frozen yoghurt recipe is a great opportunity to let your little one get creative in the kitchen, encourage healthy eating and introduce new flavours.

Method

1. Microwave the blueberries for 30 seconds and then leave to one side to cool (a grown-up should do this because the blueberries will be HOT).

2. Get three medium ziplock bags. In each of them, place 300g of Greek yoghurt and one tablespoon of caster sugar, ready to add the different fruit to each bag.

3. Add the blueberries to one bag, raspberries to the second and mango to the third bag.

4. Put on your rubber gloves and fill the three large bags with ice and three tablespoons of salt.

5. Place each of the medium bags (with the yoghurt and fruit in) into the large ziplock bags.

6. Shake, rattle and roll for 10 minutes, squashing the fruit as you go along, until the yoghurt has frozen and thickened.

7. Scoop and serve!
