Whether you want to learn the ultimate dance routines or just sit back and watch your favourite professional dancers go head-to-head in friendly battles, this bite-sized show is packed with sparkles, music, and epic moves.
In every quick 7-minute episode, three of your favourite Strictly Come Dancing professional dancers step into a virtual Strictly ballroom for the ultimate dance challenge. One Pro takes the lead and demonstrates a routine, it's up the other two Pros to then battle it out in a dance off! Will they earn their 10s?
You'll be able to follow along and learn the routine too! Can you keep up?!
Each week's dance style and music will match the themes you'll see on the main Strictly Come Dancing Saturday night show, so you can master the steps and get plenty of exciting warm up before the main show starts!

Who is starring in Strictly Pro Dance Off?
Episode 1 kicks off with fan-favourite Pro Dianne Buswell taking the lead as the teacher! She'll be teaching a fast-paced Jive routine to Kai Widdrington and Lauren Oakley before sending them out to battle for top scores on the virtual dance floor.
Look out for all your returning Strictly favourites throughout the series, plus five brand-new pro dancers joining the fun: Aleksandra Isaeva, Cristian Priori, Lethabo Monametsi, Maddie Ingoldsby, and Mark Karmalita!
