Include Youth supports young people in care, or from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Include Youth provides support to around 1,600 young people each year - helping them into employment, supporting inclusion, and making sure they get the care and opportunities they deserve. Care-experienced young people have incredible resilience, determination and untapped talent. With the right support, they can build their confidence and thrive in the workplace.
Include Youth are asking employers to get involved with their Employ to Empower! initiative. The charity will offer support throughout, helping to ensure a positive experience that provides meaningful benefits for everyone involved. To find out more please visit the Include Youth website.
