Second man charged over shooting

Lee Subaran was shot after the Notting Hill Carnival
A second man has been charged after the fatal shooting of a 27-year-old man soon after the Notting Hill Carnival.

Lee Subaran, 27, was at an unofficial party in Hazel Road, Kensal Green, when he is thought to have got into a row.

Leon Roberts, 24, is appearing at Brent Magistrates' Court on Friday charged with murder.

Tafari Dacas, 29, was remanded at the same court on 4 September accused of murdering Mr Subaran. He will reappear at the Old Bailey on 8 November.

Mr Subaran, from the Mill Hill area of north London, was taken to Central Middlesex Hospital after the incident and died later.
